Hate's a strong word, but I hate AOL. When you call them, you get put on hold for the longest time. Every time we would call in to cancel our account, they keep giving us like an extra 2-3 months of free service so with that we had AOL for FREE for like a year. Even though it was free, I still didn't like it.

I've heard that AOL is full of adware/spyware so they're not the "best" internet service that they claim to be. We now have Cox High Speed Internet and have been using it for over a year with no problems whatsoever. The first time we called them to activate our account, they didn't put us on a long hold like AOL always does so that's a big plus. CHSI is way better than AOL...service and all.
