Too funny, my best friend in high school called me kare bear and that is how I spelled it too.

My parents and my sister call me Onnie (my middle name is Ann and it evolved from that)
Justin calls me ladybug
the only others I can think of are
Karaoke and "Kari with a k" (which ends up sounding like 1 word in itself)
