Our local high-kill shelter works along with a reduced fee spay/neuter clinic. The adoption fees are $58.00 for dog or cats, which includes spay/neuter, rabies shot and one distemper shot.
Low fees, but at least it makes it more possible for people to save some helpless animals who are soon to be PTS.
