I dutifully apologize for expressing my opinion.
I thought I tried to smooth it over, but then again I have been told before that I don't have a good knack for words so I should have known better.
And I do not think I implied or accused her of hitting the horse that she doesn't have yet.
Personally, watching your temper is something that we all have to do in our lives. Not pointing fingers at anyone or talking about anyone else but myself in this particular instance.
And ''a slap on the head is nothing in my town'' is nothing to brag about. Outside dogs, and hunting, and coon trials and if your dog doesn't win leaving it in the woods is "nuthing in my town'' also but I am not proud of it. But that is a whoooooooolllllleeee nother thread. Not to digress or change the subject.
Good luck on your horse she sounds delightful.
Have a good time.
