We have all those rules and MORE. We live in a moble home park. There are 50 pages of rules. One is if a pet dies, it can NOT be replaced. They want no animals at all. But they let us have our 2 girls. I met Tom and he had Shep-ee (RB) and we got married, Tonee passed to the RB and we got Ashlee and then Nina. We live right across the street from the managers, which makes it hard to hide Kelcee, she gets in the window for sun and hard to hide Lucee the new foster we have. I knew the rules when I bought the place. It is private property and the owner can make up any rules that they want as long as it does not break any laws.

One rule that kills me here is, if you have a visitor for more than 3 days they either have to pay $2.00 a day to stay with you, in the house I own, or pass a credit check for $35.00. We have water meters and pay for our own use. So it costs the park nothing if I have 100 people or 100 dogs staying with me. Also no visitors may bring in their own animals, not even for a minute.

We do not comply with a lot of the rules. But our dogs are never left unattended outside, never bark loud to wake anyone. So we don't have complaints against us.
