Oh, dear, it hurts me to hear you so, so sad and upset You love your Blacky so and I don't blame you one bit for wanting to go there to be with him, see your other furbabies and family. Blacky was such a big part of your life and I fully understand how you feel. I got my first kitty Hambone when I was 5 years old. He passed away 21 yrs. later. I was married by then Is there any chance your family can take him to the vet to examine him? Maybe he just had a very rough night outdoors and it took it's toll on him. I hope there will be some way for you to get there to be with him. But remember, even if you are not able to get there, Blacky knows how very much you love him. Hopefully, he will pull through this. I'm so glad he got to talk with you on the phone! And it sounds like Denny is trying to at least keep him comfortable and safe.
