BTW, Love your RB Dog's name - RAGS - I had a dog called Rags too - he was my best friend growing up, and I was devastated when we lost him to cancer at 15
My parents rescued Rags from the streets of Baltimore about 3 or 4 months before I was born, so I had him growing up until I was 15. He was a terrific dog. Here's a picture of him - not the best, but it's the only one I have at my disposal right now. It was taken Christmas Day, 1982 (yes, that's me in the background).
