Wow! A very interesting and informative thread. Before I was married, I was always swimming, all summer, every day. I never wore sun block and I never burned. In fact, I usually have a tan within an hour of being out in the sun.

However, after I was married, I quit swimming (no decent pools nearby) and I now I have a hubby who is paranoid that I will burn, and insists that I wear sunblock.

It's good to be informed, and I think I'm going to read up on those websites that were posted.
