Thank you all! What a nice day - so many people wished me happiness!
I treated myself to lunch at the Springhouse Tavern in the Dobbin House in Gettysburg, PA. It's the oldest building in Gettysburg, and the tavern is in the stone-walled basement, lit by candles on each table. I stopped on the way home and bought one of my favorite cakes as a birthday cake. Lovely day, all in all. I'll see if I can attach a photo of the tavern for you.
