well i wish i had something good to report, but so far nothing from her, so i have sent her another PM, just saying do you still want my help with spaying kitty and that it is a great opportunity to get it done so cheapily and that you don't want her having any more , hard on her and you, so let me know and i will send the cheque straight away, i will just have to be patient and hope that she responds, but i really feel she is not going to,i feel so despondent, knowing i can help and she won't take it.
Get this, the weird thing is she has shown some level of responsibilty, she kept one of the kittens from one of the last litters and had him neutered and vaccinated, i find it strange she did that but continues to let mama cat breed.
Well yes i was quite taken aback by the rudeness of this other person too, especially as it was their very first post on that forum, and that another person was saying hey well said, how can you be being pathetic and immature by telling someone to be responsible and spay their cat, go figure, oh well water under the bridge, my main and only concern is helping this wee girl get fixed,but if she does not respond my hands are tied ,what else can i do.
Posting a link sounds good in theory, but honestly i cannot see it making any difference ,some people you just cannot get through to or help,i want to keep things on a good basis with her, i did this with Ellie and Nikki's owner and it was the best way to go, if i had been all up in arms with her, i probably would not have got her agreement to spay the cats, so i think this is the best way, just to be helpful and offer it in kind manner.,if she feels i am harrassing her, she will back off and then block me from sending messages, so i have to be careful, kitty is my main priority here, i am sure you all understand where i am coming from here.
please keep your fingers crossed that i hear from her soon.,and thanks for listening guys, appreciate it, hey you know i have seen so many wonderful gestures and kindess here on PT,and been on the receiving end, it has really rubbed off on me and made me a better person IMO,and sometimes even if you are struggling yourself you just have to do what you can no matter how hard it is , i am sure you all agree?
Hey since posting this i have great news, she did contact me, i was just a little impatient,not my best quality, patience that is lol, her little girl had been sick, she said go ahead and give her details to the cats protection league, so on monday i will be sending a cheque to them and her details, i am so excited, this means kitty is going to get spayed , yahoo, i think i also will make up a small box of kitty things, like kitten food and include print outs on how to look after a cat once spayed and send it to her,but it will have to wait a little as i have other prioritys at the moment, like paying for kitties spaying.
I am so happy, really i am,it is like pay it forward really, and it feels so good.
