I was on a hike with my family and our two dogs, and the dogs were off leash on the trail to have a run (it was allowed in the park). They were running and barking and having all kinds of fun. All of a sudden we see two black bear cubs go tearing up a tree, and our dogs are at the bottom of it, barking away. We think the barking probably helped as it was really loud, but we got out of there REALLY fast once we saw the cubs had taken refuge in a tree. It was only a matter of time before Mama showed up and cleared a path for her babies!!! It was super scary.
