I assume he is talking about Bill O'Reilly? You know the guy who trashed the parents of Brittany Spears on his t.v. show for being "bad parents" and was also accused of sexual harassment by one of his employees? And settled with her.
Oh wait...O'Reilly doesn't make jokes....he is just nasty....And he never apologized - except with his pocketbook (and probably expensed it....

I didn't hear about O'Reillys affair, but I don't really follow his exploits.
