Slick, I'm so glad to hear that Max is now home and doing well. The Famotidine is Pepcid. Did your vet give you pills, chews, or the liquid kind? When my Ziggy was sick I had the liquid form and while I would give her sub-q fluids I would inject the Famotidine into the port of the sub-q line. This way you don't have to prick her again.
