Why would they object? Because they don't care about the animals. They care about the money, and ONLY the money. It takes effort and costs money to take a dog out of its tiny wire cage and actually clean it, and let the dog out for an hours.

I would HOPE the vets are at odds with the breeders! The vets are absolutely right - USDA "regulations" mean NOTHING when it comes to puppy mills. All puppy mills are already under the jurisdiction of the USDA, operating within its guidelines. It's a joke.
