Yes your speaking of the Dugger Family.. Yes it took them 18 years (a child per year).. I do think this is one of the familys that Octomom was trying to copy after.. She also sold a bunch of the babies photos to People Magazine.. I saw them on the magazine cover while in line at Walmart.. And **%%$$##@@ No Not in my life did I buy a magazine..
