If I remember correctly, MoonandBean's Sunny had a similiar problem. They let her go through her first heat cycle and it seems that it was mostly corrected. It wasn't that long ago. I'm sure if you look through some of the posts, you'll see the discussion about it. I'm glad to hear that Honda's lump isn't cancer!
