You're not making excuses, at least not in my estimation. I've had fibro for 8 years coupled w/neuropathy and I know exactly what you mean. I will say, though, that exercise is the only thing that helps. It's when I'm still for too long that the pain gets worse. I can go out dancing and feel great. As soon as I sit down and settle in, I'm in trouble. So keep exercising, girl. You and Donna are both encouraging to me.
