Turning over a new leaf...

Way to go Donna, you have inspired me, and i now have been doing WW for over three days now, i have to do it alone at home though, so i will be needing your support, i have gained 4kgs over winter, and it all went on my already expanding waistline, did i say waistline hmm i don't really have a waist these days, lol, also the fright i got when i realised i had gained 3 inches on an already too big a waistline, freaked me out totally.

I just bought the pecan Toffee sundae for my treat from WW, it is delicious,i am really going to limit my treats though, and if that means going without even a little chocolate, then so be it, i even went back on the treadmill today, which was really hard as i have been in a lot of pain in my upper back and neck lately and arms,but i am determined, to loose this gain and then some, summer will be here down under soon, and i hate being overweight then, i cannot hide it under my hoodies.

So thank you Donna, i needed this kick in the butt, and keep at it, WW is the best programme ever, i swear by it, and would never even contemplate any other weight loss programme .
