I tried to work last Tuesday and hurt so much after it that I got a Dr excuse to be off till the 9th. And Bon, he's doing good...well that is until tonight

I was feeling very guilty for not taking the dogs out since I've been off work so I took them for a very short (1/2 mile total/dog) bike ride ride this evening.
It was so short that I didn't have to peddle very much (they mostly pulled me) so it wasn't too painful.
Well when it was Bon's turn Mark said he wouldn't take him if he were me, he might wreck me or something. Of course I ignored him and took off. When we were coming back Bon heard what I think was a truck bed closing and totally freaked He started running and I lost control of the bike and went down and he started pulling me and the bike along the road. Luckily I was close to the grass and didn't hit the pavement much, just a little road burn on my knee. It jarred me and I'm a little sore in my arm and chest but I'm fine.

I feel so bad because I could tell Bon was totally upset when we got home as was Mark because I got hurt again. Of course it was all my fault and I should have known better. Poor judgement on my part

I just needed a good cry so thanks for letting me.

I have contacted Nancy to see if there's anything so can do to help me help Bon. Please say a little prayer that she can.
