Pill then pop or lemonade.I never use water.Sence I take pills twice a day I thought this poll are interseting.
Put water in your mouth, and then the tablet
Put tablet inn your mouth and then the water
Don't use any water (Dry Swallow)
Crush the tablet and mix it with somthing
Mainly use the dissolving tablets
Never used a tablet before
and Pumpkin too
