Is he really in the best place and the best hands?? I'm really not so sure. This is so frustrating.

I left Emm off at the vets at approximately 12:30 this afternoon. I fully expected to hear something by 3:00, but waited until 4:30. I called, and was pretty much blown off, saying they hadn't looked at him yet and would call us "soon".

It is now 6:45. No call yet, so I call again. I get their answering service saying that they closed at 5:00. I FLIPPED out. I was thinking How could they leave and not let me know what is going on with my dog??????

The answering service lady put a call through, and they were still at the office so I got to talk to them. Phew! But they still haven't looked at Emerson. They said that Emerson was "litterally the next dog we were going to see, but another emergency came in".

Ugggh. Its so hard to be patient. All I can think about is my poor terrified boy just waiting all day for his turn, and he just has to wait and wait.

So no update yet. They still are expecting that I will pick him up tonight. Please send me some patient pills over here. I am going nutzo!
