You could learn some gentle stretching exercises that may help shift your internal organs around a bit & give you some relief. My friend who teaches yoga had several special classes for people with different physical stuff going on. She teaches Iyengar style, where the emphasis is on supported poses, correct alighment & creating more internal space. I did Tai Chi during my first pregnancy & it really helped.
I think I read somewhere about a Yoga class around here. The Dr's office gave me a pamphlet with a list of classes they provide but i doubt Yoga is one of them through the hospital.

Would I just look under midwives or OBGYN? LOL I am totally lost when it comes to this stuff. But I have heard good things about prenatal yoga and am willing to try anything at this point.
