That is so typical. They do everything they can think of to get you up, then when you finally can't take it anymore and get up, they're ready for a nap.

I noticed it was getting cooler because Peanut jumped in bed in the middle of the night. Tubby sleeps with me all the time. He'd be in bed with me if it was 105 degrees out. But in the summer Peanut will normally sleep on the runner which is on top of cool tile. Of course then we have to walk on the cool tile so we don't step on her because she blends in so well in the dark, completely defeating the purpose of the runner. Anyway, Peanut will only sleep with me when it's cool. So it was about 2:00 am this morning and I get this little brown creature climbing all over me. It's not enough to just jump on the bed and sleep next to me. Nooooo she has to sleep on top of me, even when I'm sleeping on my side. This takes a little bit of balancing on her part, so it takes awhile for her to settle in, and by that time I'm fully awake. Then I can't get to sleep because I'm afraid of moving and tipping her off. Finally I rolled onto my back so she got a nice flat place on my tummy to lay. Then I think her little motor put me to sleep because the next thing I knew the alarm was going off and Peanut was nowhere to be found.

Still not much more activity, but we've been busy and not around much, so maybe we'll get some action this weekend when we're home.
