Well, I'm happy to announce that today marks two weeks since I stopped eating meat!! Wooohooo! I am also starting to eat a lot healthier, whenever I have cravings for food I go and grab a carrot or two

Since the summer began I've lost about 10 pounds. Yesterday I was at the beach with some friends and they noticed that I'd lost some weight...comments like those make all the healthy eating and exercising worthwhile!
