Hate my job!! (a little rant)

I found out yesterday that a co worker of mine, (that does less work than I do) makes $1.80 more an hour!!!!
And I've been here 6 months longer that she has.
There is an opening for a position but of course they looked right over my head because I don't have a college degree.
The girls in the back office do accounting, A/R, A/P, HR... etc, and the girl that's been here the longest has only been here for a year! I've been with the company for 4 years!! Whatever, I'm so sick of all the BS in life!!!
