I got a call from my vet again. At the University Clinic, they were very amased by what they saw on those x-rays. Snoopy sure is an unique case there!!
They also think that the opened chestbone isn't dangerous for her heart. To be sure however, they would like me to bring Snoopy there. They said that a malformation of the chestbone sometimes brings heart-issues. So they are planning to do an x-ray of the heart (or is it a scan??) to see if everything is normal there. I will make an appointment tomorrow for asap!
