My mind gets going sometimes and so full of thoughts and plans and jumping from one subject to another, that it interferes with my sleep
Wow that happens to me too. I am always thinking and I can't go to sleep. I am supposed to have a banana and a glass of milk before bed to help me sleep. I have no idea what it does, but it works. I also read a book or listen to music to help pput me to sleep and distract me from my thoughts. ((((((((Hugs))))))))) again!
