But ... I suppose you never know ... my grandmother is 98, and still lives be herself!

"All that is gold does not glitter, Not all those who wander are lost; The old that is strong does not wither, Deep roots are not reached by the frost. From the ashes a fire shall be woken, A light from the shadows shall spring; Renewed shall be blade that was broken, The crownless again shall be king." - J.R.R. Tolkien

    Mine came out as 81....but

My grandmother on Mom's side died at 98
My grandmother on Dad's side died in her late 80's
My grandfather on Dad's side died at 92
    My Dad died at 91
4 of my Dad's siblings died in their late 80's
I have one Aunt left who is 93 and still going strong

So what does that say for genes.....
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand and strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming WOO HOO - What a Ride!
