That's a raised "bump" on the side walk, it makes kids back up their tricycles and it gives older folks a big headache!!

You can tell when a goose has been in your front yard because the little seasonal costume is missing from the goose figurine on the porch and there's an envelope with money stuck under the front door. (Beats me!)

Where did the sport of bowling get its name?
Praying for peace in the Middle East, Ukraine, and around the world.

Oh Geesh Cassiesmom~ That was GOOD!!!!!

The Sport , known today as Bowling originated during a Common Ice Cream Social, held in the late 1890's~ Contestants whirled their empty bowls down a designated path, toppling all the empty cartons at the end, , and each won a gallon of ice cream for every carton left standing!!!
( the bowls got heavier, later on in the game.......)

Dorothy39, I was a little worried because the goose-on-the-front-porch thing is kind of a cliche around here. I'm getting better at the Wrong Game because YOU TAUGHT ME WELL!

But back to MoFF's question: What is the Queen of England's favorite flavor of tea?
