If it's the same thing we make, you have a special rack, and you set a chicken on top of it, with a beer can (with beer) underneath it and cook it on the grill. VERY yummy!

Pizza Burgers tonight.. my mom is gone, and I'm to lazy to cook ...so dad's made the same thing three nights in a row.

I'm not sure what the cafeteria is serving tonight but I'm sure I'll just have my usual salad, turkey sandwich and bowl of fruit!

Yep that's it pretty much... although I don't have a special rack. Just put it right on the grill usually. When I made it the other night though I set it in a foil pan and poured some beer all around it.

    Very very tasty!!

Here's one of several recipes that comes up when you google beer can chicken. http://www.foodnetwork.com/food/reci..._19397,00.html

I did the right thing by setting you free
But the pain is very deep.
If only I could turn back time, forever, you I'd keep.
    I miss you

I hear you whimper in your sleep
I gently pet you and say, no bad dreams
It will be alright, to my dog as dark as night.

How I wish I could hold you near.
Turn back time to make it so.
Hug you close and never let go.

Last night I made braised borlotti beans. They were amazing.

Tonight we has grilled sausage and grilled veggies (peppers, eggplant, zucchine & potato) the sausage were really nice.

Tomorrow night is pizza. I am going to make it at home instead of getting it from a pizzeria.

We are having Rigatoni Alla Vodka tonight. It is rigatoni in a tomato sauce with cream, bacon, pesto and vodka. Amazingly easy and oh so yummy.
