    Unhappy Feb 24 - 1 Year since Sami Died

    Last week was Sami's 13th birthday, she celebrated it on the other side of the Rainbow Bridge. Feb 24 (tomorrow) will be the one year anniversary of her crossing the bridge. I've included a couple of photos taken on the last day she was with us. In one she's giving me (her mommy) kisses and in the other she's watching her dad take our picture. She was the most wonderful dog ever and I miss her terribly. This is my first attempt at posting photos so I sure hope it works.

    Hope you don't mind, but I made them bigger (just needed to leave the the "thu" out of the url) for us to see what a beautiful dog Sammi was.
    I can just see the love between you two.

    Anna, the bigger pictures are perfect. I apologize for not being able to do that myself. Thank you.

    PJ's mom, I'm sorry the photos made you cry.

    Sami was such a good, loving dog. When I get home from work today I will give her urn a big hug and kiss and tell her how much I miss her, how blessed I was to have had her for so long and how I miss her stealing my gardening gloves and racing around the yard with them so that I'd get out of the garden and play with her. She was one of a kind.

    Oh gosh, here come the tears...What a beautiful picture of you and your beautiful Sami. It's clear how very much you two loved one another; it looks like you've been crying in the first. Sami was such a beautiful, kind and gentle looking girl; love her sweet, white paws These Rainbow Bridge anniversaries, birthdays are so hard and my heart goes out to you, friend.
