Puppies Have Arrived...

Whew! What a night! Unfortunately, this was not a very successful litter, only the first 3 puppies delivered survived. The 4th was not breathing properly so we rushed him to the vet, who took an x-ray that showed a deformed airway, and he died shortly after that. The next 3 were all stillborn, and despite the vets best efforts we were not able to revive them.

BUT, Starr is doing good, and we have 2 girls and a boy, who are also doing good and eating well.... Here are some pictures taken this morning, they are just a few hours old.

oh no i am sry to hear about the one's who passed

I am glad that the one's that did make it and are doing well.. Momma looks proud and sad at the same time

Awww the poop little guys!! Well at least you have less pups you can give MORE love to, right?? And they're all SO PRECIOUS!!!

Sorry to hear about the 4 pups. But, I'm glad three made it and that they and Starr are doing well.

Will you be keeping one or are all the pups going to another home?

I will be co-owning one of the girls with my Father, who also breeds/shows Goldens.

Aw, what sweet puppies. Please give Starr a Great Big Hug for me. Good girl, Starr. I am sure that you worked very hard to help the puppies that didn't make it, hugs to you too.
