    Thursday 129- Why ME???

This has been my day, so far.

I was 'rear ended' and almost pullled over...all in the space of 30 minutes.

Some gal tapped my bumper, I gave her a pass and told her that that was our "accident for the year"......FIDO!

A few miles later I pass a Jeep, as I pull ahead I look in the rear view and I see that it has a red light under the grill that goes on and off. No problem.

A mile later the red light goes on, a blue light goes on and the headlights start to flash.

It's an undercover gal........I pull over and she motions me to keep driving.

Try the cigarette lighter, next time.

She hangs back until we get to the stop light..when I get the green arrow to go she rolls her head on the head rest to look at me....I just shook my head and drove on...

The gals I worked with came in to figure out how we are gonna keep work caught up as I take two days off later on....

    More drama....

It's straight shots for me today......

Why me? Richard, it is ALWAYS you!!

That was me bumping you - off of the Frapper map. I posted my name and my marker pushed you into the background. Sorry about that!

Here is another drink - now look, try to go easy on those girls in the office.

Laurie - I bet he didn't have any breakfast either - maybe we should rustle up some grub for this boy!

Ha ha, same with Mary (mruffruff) and me. I was wondering where my shout out went, I had to click all over Mary's to get mine. Ah, well, Mary's nice, so, I don't mind!

I need a drink, too! I just got completely excited because I'm going to attempt to get the money together to go to a convention in December to meet the cast of a show I just discovered and a movie I've just seen twice in the theater. I'm almost a Trekkie. Yikes. So, yeah, I need a downer, quick, before I go over the moon. Jager, straight and cold, for me!

Load me up with cherry vanilla cokes please? And catnip tea for the kids!

I got a letter from Social Security. They are trying to decide whether to do a review on my disability. THEY say, I'll be notified in 90 days. Sure! Last time it took them a year to decided they didn't need me to take a physical exam.
At least if they do, they get to pay for it.

Been trying for days to figure out the new Medicare prescription drug thingy.
DID THEY DELIBERATELY TRY TO MAKE OUR LIVES MORE CONFUSED???
    IF SO THEY CERTAINLY SUCCEEDED!!!

Was having this discussion with the produce guy at Whole Foods last night - (when you own a bunny, the produce guys become your friends). Some days are much longer than 24 hours long. Richard, your day sounds like it has been at least a day-and-a-half long already!

Been having one of those kinda days myself!

For no good reason other than I deserve one, strawberry frappe for me, please! Does this bar "do" ice cream drinks?

Some days, we decided, also have many fewer than 24 hours in them. Perhaps in the end they balance out!

Of course we do ice cream drinks!
I heard this Brain Teaser once....What day is the shortest day of your life?

The day you go to the RB....I'll take a 28 hour day ANY day of the week...

    One strawberry frappe! DONE!

    Richard,

I think your boss is definitely headed for postal management, so I can sympathize. As far as the drive in goes, I think the worst drive in I ever had was getting pulled over at 4 am for exceeding the speed limit by a considerable amount, I'll leave the details out of this (if you want to know PM me), but let's just say I was considerably later for work than I expected.

    Soooooo

Join me in a couple shots of Old Bushmills? Good Irish whiskey warms the heart, and it makes great Irish coffee to boot.

    Pass me a drink!

Friday I'm headed off to Albuquerque to play a rugby tournament for lots of fun, drinking and maybe a black eye or two.

This is the year we are finally going to beat the Air Force women's team, I can feel it!

I would venture to say there's more than one head hurtin' this morning What we need is some easy on the tummy food to absorb all that booze!! Well, maybe some food - with some hair of the dog that bit you of course. Bloody's sound good this morning. The T juice or V-8 juice has vitamins too. Speaking of Bloody's - I had best give Slick a call this morning. Don't we miss her?!! I certainly do. hmmm, food. SOS on homemade biscuits? Sticks to the ribs doncha know. Come on Mario, let's air this place out and get a fresh breeze wafting through. mmmm-GUD boy

Sounds great Willie, yeah.. Mario's a bit hungover too I'm afraid but he's putting up a brave front The fresh air is helping. I don't mind the booze while I'm drinking but I hate the leftover smell of alcohol in the morning ~ YUCKY! Biscuits and baked apples with cinnamon will add a lovely touch I think. Good coffee Willie! *care for a shot of Bailey's in it?*
