I finally have new pictures of my three. Some of Bruce aka Physco, Shelly, and two of Otto (). The very shy hermie, who never comes out!! I managed to capture some pics of him today. The others are quite active. LOL, so today was bathtime for the hermits, it's always every sunday. They don't like it to much but it really helps to clean them off once in awhile, plus I would like to know they wet their gills once a week since they never go in the pond and they get very dirty. I have some pics of the "torment":
Shelly first..
trying to escape, it's not like the water was ice cold, it was like bath water LOL. they just hate it.
Getting nice and dry..
Next is Bruce's turn..
(more coming..)

I love how tiny Shelly is.

Be happy there at the Rainbow Bridge
If the have a fear of falling they will cling to whatever they are on as well. They eat either commercial hermit crab food which I don't like to buy since I can just give them the food of my choice AND because mine HATE it. I feed mine mostly fruits and veggies, and sometimes a very tiny peice of meat which they enjoy but I've heard it's not to good for them to have meat on a regular basis. They eat anything really. My old one at the sponge I had in the tank LOL. Usually their regular diet consists of cheerios, lettuce, popcorn(without butter), grapes, apple slices, carrots which they LOVE, and sometimes a tiny peice of roast beef, that is very rare though.
