    Cream Cheese ideas?

I bought a package of cream cheese, but no bagels (silly me) Now I don't have the money for bagels, does anyone have any suggestions on what I can put cream cheese on?

    Saltines? Celery? Toast?

I like ham and cheese sandwiches with CC as a spread-instead of mayo or mustard.

Let the CC soften to room temp and and herbs or spices. THEN use it!

    DUDE!!!!!

Soften the CC, add some cinnamon and vanilla.

Put some jam on the cracker?

    PB and J/CC? Same thing!

I would have never tried the GC thing!
    ----------

    OMG!!!!!

Make a Karen's Kracker Kreation, then frost the top, cool in the fridge?

Make a S'more and frost the top with the CC!

OR......Dip them in melted chocolate and put them into the fridge!!!

I think I have found a way to catch a WOMAN!!!

    ----------

    SPRINKLES!!!

I just thought of this recipe.

Make the GC cracker with the CC and jam or PB in the middle. mix choco and CC for the frosting, put some sprinkles on it and freeze.

Great for a party? A light dessert?

    LATE NIGHT MUNCHIES!

Slice open some jalpenos and remove seeds. Fill peppers with the CC and wrap in bacon using toothpics to secure the bacon. Fry wrapped CC filled bacon wrapped peppers in a pan or cook on a grill till bacon is cooked. Enjoy.

Hee hee - I use Neufchatel - the lower fat version of cream cheese, so I guess it's already a little softer. This summer, I brought graham crackers, neufchatel, blueberries and raspberries to an event, so I'd make people little fruit cheesecakes! T'was lots of fun, and it was hot out so the cheese was softer in the sun, and it was an instant hit!

My beloved Grandma and I would have graham crackers with cream cheese and strawberry jam as a treat sometimes, so I cannot take any credit for the idea. Love you, Grandma!

Spread some on your warm toast with a dab of strawberry jam and call it breakfast cheesecake

Or, melt some in with your scrambled eggs. YUM!
