Freezing Fog.....MORE PIX!!

Today we had the neatest looking thing, the weather channel called it freezing fog. It made these beautiful ice crystals on everything. Unfortunately I couldn't get out in the morning to get pix before the fog burned off, but I did snap a few pix before the ice crystals melted away. My camera doesn't have a macro feature, so these were the best I could get.

I saw that on the news last night. It is foggy here this morning but it don't freeze that much in the deep south.

We had the freezing fog yesterday morning too! Very thick out in the rural areas. Nice photos!!

We had that around here too & it caused many wrecks on I69. Fog so
thick you could barely see the car in front of you & cars & semis trying to
drive normal Interstate speed. Thankfully, I was not on the road then.

LOL we still don't have nearly as much snow as I'd like to have, but at least I don't have to look at the dying grass anymore instead I get to look at the squirrel & bird tracks in the snow which is much better!

As others in the Midwest have said, "We had that here yesterday!"

It WAS gorgeous! However, the fog was so thick that there were many car accidents. School was even cancelled! I was out at noon, and the fog was still fairly thick!

But boy, that ice on the trees was beautiful!
