I can't speak for Sirius, but XM has a showtunes channel and a movie music channel. They're both really fun to listen to.

I have my XM radio and I don't listen to "free" radio anymore. Too little variety and too many commercials for me.

I don't know of any free stations, but XM Radio does have a showtunes feed. (Sorry for the commercial. )
