It's Samantha's 20th Birthday today! (lots of photos)

I can't believe it! My sweet Samantha kitty is 20 years old today!
She has slowed down a lot in the past year but she is still doing very well for a cat her age.
I finally had some time to go through some photos I took of her in the past few months so I thought her 20th Birthday would be a good time to share them with you all.

She spends a lot of her time by the new back door, either sitting or sleeping in the sun.


I actually caught her yawning in this photo.

Samantha learned a new trick, how to remove her collar.

I tried a couple more times to get her to wear it but she is happier now without it since she doesn't go outside anymore anyway.

I still enjoy having her around and I am so happy that I have been able to enjoy 20 wonderful years with her.

I so enjoyed seeing your pretty face in the photos. You look very elegant there on the new sunroom floor. And isn't it nice to have a good spot in the sun, and occasionally sniff the fresh air. Fister loves doing that too, from the window.

Samantha, I wish you a happy day, with special treats and lots of cuddles - may you have many more to come! I hope the sun will shine on you today!

Samantha says thank you everyone for all the nice birthday wishes, kisses, scritchies, love and cuddles.
It was more cloudy than sunny here today so she didn't get to sit in the sun today but she did enjoy some tuna for dinner and she got lots of pets, cuddles, kisses and scritches in between several long naps today.

She also is happy to hear from her 20-something kitty friends Tabitha and Miss Tucker. It's nice to know she's not the only one who has reached such a big milestone as her 20th Birthday.

I just noticed this got bumped up again so I better pop in and say thank you everyone for all the nice comments about my sweet Samantha.

It's been almost a month since her 20th Birthday and she's still doing well, I better get busy and find some new photos to post of her!

Boomer is such a cute puppy, I sometimes refer to Samantha as my Holstein Kitty or Border (Collie) Kitty, I guess she could also be a Springer Spaniel Kitty too!

Tubby & Peanut's mom, it's so nice to hear from you! You have been missed around here!
I'm glad you got to see these photos of Samantha.
