    YAY! Special Needs Mini-Aussie ADOPTED!

    I'm unsure if this has been posted already...typing the word "Happy" into the search box takes a long time, but I'm so happy that "Happy" found a home. Here's the email I saw this A.M!
    Subject: URGENT*** UPDATE ON HAPPY....

    I am just in tears...please go read the update on
    Happy, the puppy with no paws that I posted in here
    several weeks ago...Folks, God answers prayers and
