Today is our one year anniversary of adopting our Lucy.She has been a wonderful addition to our family.Lucy has turned out to be very well-behaved ( and easy to train,since most our dogs have been difficult)
We adopted her from a local no-kill rescue that does adoptions on the weekend at Petsmart.We took Kodie there to get some treats and food and we decided to look at the dogs.We originally liked an adult girl,Baby,a catahoula/great dane mix but we werent sure of her.We were just leaving the store and saw the pen where the younger puppies were.My mom was the first to notice her and she fell in love with her.So did my dad and i.We put her back and said we would think about it and an hour later we drove back to get her.She has been such a wonderful girl and greatfull to have her.She brings lots of laughter into the house.We love her very much and she's spoiled every day.
