    I'm really mad about this.

    Since I'm sick today, I can't hold my precious guinea pig Milli as much as I want too. I'm afraid I'll give her my sickness. Do you think she'll be okay if I hold her? I'm not sure...

    Uhh... I don't think your guinea pig will get sick from you lol...

    hmm... you can give your piggie your sickness... but only if its like the flu... if its just a cold I think she'll be ok.

    I've heard guinea pigs catch the same deseases as humans, that's why they use them in scientific research.

    Guinea pigs can catch a cold from you, but I'm not sure about a sore throat. Just wash your hands a lot and you should be able to pet her. Hope you feel better!

    Oh, my breeder told me to never hold a guinea pig if you have a head cold because when she did this, she lost two guinea pigs . I don't mean to scare you; just take caution.

    If you are wearing long sleeves, put on some gloves and you can hold her and pet her. Just don't breathe near her face.
