In 1998 through a car accident. She was 18 when she died. It is very tragic to lose someone so close, in such a terrible way.[IMG][/IMG]

I lost two friends a couple of years ago.

One of them in 7th grade due to a heart problem, and the other in 8th grade due to cystic fibrosis.

It's very hard.. and I just take it one day at a time.

I have known someone who has died, but he wasn't actually considered a friend, although I still cried.

I am not sure how many of you know that I lost my mother-n-law this Wednesday but I am also loosing my best friend Tammy to Breast Cancer as well .... Makes me cry...Two wonderful people !!! I have been so sad lately I just don't know how I am gonna deal with it all

A dear friend committed suicide nearly six years ago. I'd known him since we were children. This is kind of strange, but every now and then he appears in a dream, and it seems to be his (or my) way of knowing he's OK.

Yes, though she was not my best friend were still close.

She was only 10 years old (back in the 5th grade). She had a whole in her heart, its a very long and sad story...

She wasn't my best friend, but only because i never had the chance to know her enough, she was my beloved Auntie kate, who took her own life 3 years ago this saturday.

May your tormented soul be at peace now my beautiful Aunt.. and I know we would have been the best of friends had we had the chance, there was a special connection between us the first and only time we ever met.

Simply because my grandma was one of my best friends, and she passed away last October 27th... It's hard to believe its already been a year. I think of her often, and miss her a lot.

But any friends from school, or wherever I haven't.

I lost my grandmother and my father about five months apart, when I was about 8, going on 9. Never a best friend, though.
