Try turning off both computer and printer, wait a few seconds, then turn on computer first and then printer. this fixes spooling problems most of the time

Okay, let's start with the basics.
What operating system are you using?
Are you using the printer you normally use, so you know that all drivers are installed?
Can you print other things right now? Like a simple text document?
What kind of printer is it?
What happens when you hit "print"?
Is there plenty of free space on your hard disk for Photoshop to save the "spool file" it creates when it is printing something?

Yep... I have ink, Liz! But I might not after this!! About 24 full pages of color... yikes!
