    Velcoro Kitty???

When I first got Remus he was kind of aloof and didn't want to cuddle. Lately he has been the most cuddly bum Ive ever seen! Whats with that? Do cats get more afectionate with age?

    I think,that you are Right On,as most,of The Found Cats,when they mature,are like us,and become Friendlier,and Definitley More Mellow! We,are Glad,that Remus,realizes,what A Friend,You,are to him,and appreciates your LOVE!

I dont' know if it's that they get more affectionate, but rather that they start losing some of their playfulness. They learn how good skritchies and warm laps feel and don't want to give that up to chase an old string! I love my velcro kitty. We have our nightly snuggle sessions on the couch and if he doesn't get his fix, he sure lets me know about it.

I don't understand this comment, can you please explain? I think it's the spoiling the cat too much part. I didn't think that was possible? At least that's what T & P have been whispering to me for years now.

I hope she gets more snuggly with age. Miss Julie is definitely one of those aloof kitties. She doles out snuggles on her terms only, but when she does 'get her velcro on', she is a sweetie pie.
