The bug season has started... (pics)

... and is keeping my girls busy! LOL
I can tell you, I didn't get much sleep last night because the girls have been chasing insects in my bedroom. Well, at least they had some fun!

Here they are hunting together:








Even Luna showed some activity:






And now the Lily girl!

First she was staring at the ceiling...




...and then jumped! (at least 1,5 meters high)

We used to get bugs in the house alot during summer, but now not as much I guess Blueberry likes to hunt them too hehe. That's good though because whenever I see an insect I freak out lol, so its nice having a bug hunter

Also, looks like you need a bigger TV so they can both fit up there with a little more room, and good thing you don't have an LCD monitor for your computer - no room for the Luna girl then.

Well, this is the little tv I have in the bed room, there's a big one in the living room also. And you're right about the monitor! :lol The girls jump onto it and I'm afraid it's not good for the monitor, but with an LCD-monitor I would be afraid that they damage the screen with their claws.

Those are great pics! The first one is great and the jump shot is awesome! LoL Katie is a little cumpulsive when it comes to bug hunting. If she sees a bug on the wall ONCE she'll ALWAYS come back to that SAME SPOT and scream and carry on, wondering where the bug is.

The kittens have been hunting Palo verde Beetles that keep showing up... *shudder* These guys are sometimes close to 3 1/2 inches long with HUGE feelers. ick ick ick. I thought one the other night was gonna turn around and carry hector off to feed his family.. I hate bugs...

Great pix of the girls, Kirsten! I have a bug hunter too, except he has this habit of chasing the bugs so they fly over the bed and he always manages to land on something painful! *More on the hubby than me lol*

Wow! Kirsten you have some serious hunters there! The picture of the two of them on the TV together is BEAUTIFUL! They compliment each other so well. The jump shot is a great photo!
