What a day I had today!!!

I hurt my back a few days ago and have been under a doctor's care and going to physical therapy. I was going through a new routine of lifting 10 pound weights, when all of a sudden I felt a little dizzy. I attributed it to the room being slightly warm (I was sweating). Plus I hadn't eaten all day. I blacked out and fell down and was out like a light!!

The doctor took my blood pressure which was 180/100. They took me into an examining room and checked me over, including an EKG, all turned out normal.

The doctor told me she didn't want me driving home by myself. I called a friend who followed me home and voila!! I'm home for the duration. I was supposed to work 3-11, so I have the doctor call the store manager. He just called me a little while ago to ask me what happened (My take on it, was he was checking up on me to see if I really WAS sick or didn't go out dancing or something, OR was checking to see if my story and my doctor's story checked out). My next shift is July 3 and 4th.

I'm okay now. Just tired.

My sister blacked out at work and after some blood tests, the doctors determined she is anemic and has a B12 deficiency.

I'm fine now. My B/P is normally 120/80. What shocked me yesterday was my boss called me at work and asked me how I was feeling and what happened. He told me to feel better and he'd see me on Saturday which is my next shift. After talking to my friend Dorothy who also works at BB&B, she said THAT (Jim calling me himself) meant he was really worried.

Go figure. I can't stand being cooped up in this apartment much longer so I'm going to take Moo to the park for a while.
