    Meet Hobo....

    The rest of the team left today, including Diesel. Their owner has hired someone to care for them at his home--they will be happier in familiar surroundings anyway. I was a little sad to see them go, especially Diesel, but Hobo gets to stay! Their owner tried to pay us for the vet bill last night. We refused his money as we were responsible for the dogs at the time. So he said "in exchange" we could have Hobo!

    He's not looking too handsome right now, but he is a cutie and has a wonderful personality!

    Poor Hobo! I hope he's feeling better soon. I'll bet he's glad he gets to stay with you. I guess both dogs were very lucky considering the circumstances.

    Oh I'm glad you get to keep him....he's gorgeous....he is handsome to me regardless of his wounds....he'll be good as new in no time I'm sure. He's a lucky boy.
