Ever see the comic strip Pickles? This lady did find her kitty.
It was inadvertantly shut up in the lady's pantry. The lady who
was answering her door made me chuckle. LOL.

Oh Liz that is too funny! I love the way she is answering the door with an armful of kitties! That would be me in ten years - the one inadvertently shutting the kitty up in the pantry! Wait, that could even be me now! God knows I have accidentally shut mine in closets before! LOL!
LOL I love the cat lady and how she not only had an armful of kitties, but they are all around her! I've accidentally locked up a kitty in the closet before![]()
I've been Defrosted!
Thanks for the great signature Kay!
Thanks, Liz, that made me smile. How's the new kid doing by the way?

Wasn't that a funny strip?I really enjoy Pickles (the cat's
name), This sweet older lady lives with a kinda grouchy, but
lovable husband. It's a cute comic strip. Anyhoo..... the new
kid Joey is getting along just fine.He is just full of energy now.
Loves to chase ping pong balls & adores chin scritches & lap
sitting with me. The other kitties are much more relaxed with
Joey around now.Joey still exercises in a room apart from the
others ,but hopefully by next week I'll let them all play in the
same room(with me there). The joke really has a point b/c
there is one more young grey LH kitty that's still being fed on
the porch. He/She seems to be in good health, just hungry. I
want to get it in the carrier & over to the vets for spay/neuter
& basic shots. Strictly TNR.![]()

LOL!!!
I was taking a nap at my parents while they were getting ready to go out. I couldn't see what was going on, but only heard the following conversation..
Mom: (opening and shutting doors)
Dad: (opens closet door) Holly!!
Cat: Mmmrrroowww!!
Mom: What!?
Dad: (must be pointing at the cat)
Cat: Mmmrrooww!!
Mom: I didn't see him!
Dad: You're supposed to check before you close the doors.
Mom: (to the cat) What were you doing in there?
Cat: Mmmrrroowww!
Mom: Yeah, you're just trying to get me in trouble.
Cat: Mmmmrrooowww!!
Dad: (to cat.... in a baby talk voice I might add) Was she trying to punish you. Do you wants some treats? You just ignore mean old mommy locking you in that closet.
Cat: MMMMRRROOOWWWW!!!

I love it!Could also be me in ten years - or even now.
However, Fister would probably open the doors himself, being as strong as he is! He'd certainly make a big fuss and let us know he was locked up!
Ramanth, your parents sounds like parents should be!![]()
