    I wish it was a Dane day.

    It was a Mutt day today. Long story, but some how I'm up to 9 dogs now!!! He's a cutie though even though he not a Dane, I'll keep him.

    The Mutt story

    Short version..... My husband found him through the wildlife center, where he helps out. His name is Rocky, hound mix (we think) His owner got him as a puppy for his kids, forgetting that Rocky would grow up. Anyway Rocky got to big and so the man just chained him in the back yard, feed him and thats about it. Rocky kept breaking the chain and running the streets. The man was going to take him to the shelter. His children were very upset, so enter my husband who says I'll take him and you kids wont have to ever worry about him going to the shelter" They have our # so anytime they want to check on Rocky they can.

    I belive Rocky is about 2 years old, still has some puppy in him. Very hyper, very loving. First thing he did when he got here was run run run, he was so glad just to be free and move around.

    1 problem Rocky hates cats!!!!!!!! So for now Rocky has to stay in the back yard fenced off from the main yard till we work on this cat problem.

    I took some pictures today and hopefully I'll download them tomorrow and share.

    So that was my birthday, chasing a hyper dog.
