    My cat has a small bald spot

    I'm kinda worried about my cat. she is losing her hair on this one spot on her back about the size of 2 middle fingers. Does anyone know what it could be. I don't think its parasites because she hasn't been itching lately. Thanx!

    Could be a number of different things. My advise would be to take her to the vet to get her checked out.

    It could be nerves, allergies, ring worm..it's best to get it checked out!
    Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) is a full management plan in which stray and feral cats already living outdoors in cities, towns, and rural areas are humanely trapped, then evaluated, vaccinated, and sterilized by veterinarians. Kittens and tame cats are adopted into good homes. Healthy adult cats too wild to be adopted are returned to their familiar habitat under the lifelong care of volunteers

    It sounds much like my Butter's issues, only his ended up all over his body (see my post here in Cat Health). Butter suffers from a feline form of dermatitis, and one injection usually clears him up for a long time. If your cat is messing with that spot a lot, I think I'd have him looked at, just to be on the safe side. Good luck!
